The engineer, Liam, was able to diagnose the problem quickly having shown photos relating to two radiators that didn't heat up. He was amazing and returned to make sure everything was working a couple of days later. Can't fault the service, would highly recommend!

Great technician, very friendly and knowledgable.

We wanted a new smart thermostat installed and TRVs fitted. They did a good job and completed the job as expected and were friendly and professional, but we had a small issue following the installation where one of the TRVs was not working as expected. It was unclear whether this was down to the TRVs which we supplied or the installation of it at first. It turned out to be a calibration issue on the TRV which we were able to sort, but I felt their communication fell down a little at this point and I had lost a bit of confidence the job was completed correctly until I was able to resolve myself

Great communications, very friendly and helpful

Liam carried out a full boiler service, bled three radiators, diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. He was genuine, honest and very thorough throughout the job. Great service, highly recommend!

Liam and Lewis are charming young men, enormously respectful and competent. Liam gave me a great quote on the day of my enquiry. He kept me informed of dates and times and the plans for the timeframe we agreed. The work was done to an excellent standard and I couldn't be happier with the process or the results. Thank you both.
