We were so impressed with Penine Plus. We needed a new TV & some extra cabling work The new TV was delivered as promised, set up & cabling work all done at the time promised. The engineers were so efficient & friendly & it was so refreshing to have this work carried out in this way without a hitch.

The door seal on my washing machine failed the day before Christmas Eve this year. Pennine plus were so helpful and arranged for two engineers to come out the next day before they started their booked in jobs. My machine was mended within 20 minutes great service from two really nice engineers. Very competitive callout charge would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service fixing some family Christmas lights that are over 40 years old. Work done within 24 hours and charge was minimal. highly efficient, would recommend.

Really responsive and sorted quickly

Went in the otley store to buy a new cable as I thought it was broken ( sound bar problem). Geoff suggested a few possible solutions before purchasing a new cable which turned out solved the problem. Thank you. I'm not sure the big multinationals would do thi. Shop local folks.

Excellent service. Was misquoted in terms of requirements of the job from another tradesmen. Pennine quickly alleviated my concerns and made multiple recommendations on what should be done. Also ensured I knew what I was getting in terms of aerial reception so that I was fully aware.
