Very happy with work done

It was a good price that was cheaper than elsewhere. The fitters got the job done really quickly, no mess and did a great job.

From my initial appointment with Jason, to the surveyor, the fitters and the after sales team, I have been hugely impressed by everyone's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The whole team really care about doing a good job. I can't wait to get the rest of the house done. Thanks Team Pennine!

I chose to ring Pennine due to their good reviews here. Initially I rang local smaller tradespeople and , although they were cheaper, their guarantees were not as impressive and they could not offer the precise options of sash style windows I wanted. I’ve had to wait 30 years, in a more or less camping style existence to find out what could make my house a home. And it has been the windows and door from Pennine. The quality of product is extremely, aesthetically, pleasing, the work is planned, executed accurately and checked throughout, all with the option of paying by instalments.

I had a large living room window fitted, with a changed design to the old one, now having a side and top opener. The side windows with the added security gives me peace of mind. The window was fitted to the high standard I've come to expect from Penine The fitters arrived on time and just got on with the work, being careful not to cause a mess using dust sheets. A slight hiccup was the internal sill wasn't the correct depth. That was sorted a couple of days later, which finished off the window. Very happy with the work and the fitters . I'd recommend Penine to anyone .

From start to finish we had a great experience with Pennine. Our salesperson was not pushy and was informative. What gave us the greatest confidence in our project was our Surveyor - he was extremely thorough and he explained everything really well - our project was not a standard one and we needed to feel confident with our provider - Pennine did this for us. The product itself is a real quality one and it looks really smart when you come up the street and see it. We have had lots of compliments from people/visitors and so we feel sure that others will follow our recommendations.
