From the loft surveyor to the persons who carried out the work, the comms was outstanding. The work was started on time and carried out in a timely manner. All rubbish was removed and the area left clean. A very friendly and effective experience; thanks very much.

We had our loft insulated recently with penguin, I couldn’t be happier with the result of my new foil insulation. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. The combination of our new foil insulation and our loft boarding has made the whole area feel a lot more pleasant and useable. 10/10

Good communication from David at Penguin who was also flexible in fitting in with our schedule. Also from the 2 installers who arrived on time, very courteous and informative and did a good job in rather difficult conditions.
