James responded quickly - despite it being busy Christmas period - and found a slot for us. We liked his business-like attitude, his clear skill set and quiet confidence. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and set to work, managed our expectations while hearing all our concerns. He gave a quote that was not outrageous and kept within his quote the entire job. He set a variety of counter measures after a thorough top-to-bottom survey, and returned several times including in Christmas week to check up. His traps solved the infestation and he cleaned up very thoroughly without causing damage

We discovered that we had squirrels in our loft. Rang James and he provided an excellent quote and explained the plan for removing the squirrels. He arrived when he said he would and set traps and cameras to track them. The squirrels managed to evade the initial traps so James then tried a different trap. No squirrels have been caught in the end and they clearly have been scared off. No signs of squirrels in our loft. We'd happily recommend him.

James has taken the first step to eliminating rats from my loft, he was very quick to establish the ways they were getting in and has set up a camera etc to monitor the situation

James has been brilliant from the first phone call. He is very courteous , knowledgeable and efficient. He turns up when he says he will, he texts you to say he is on his way. He has been twice and the Squirrel is caught, but he will be back one more time to make sure we have no more. The price is also very decent, one company wanted twice the price. I usually say a fault of somebody , but I cannot Fault this company at all. Thanks
