I’ve called on Dan and the Pegasus team a few times on behalf of my 86 year old neighbour, sometimes for emergencies, sometimes boring blocked pipes! They have never let us down. They are trustworthy, often come at the last minute, always do a neat and tidy job and clean up after themselves.

Dan and Alex were very polite and professional. Dan provided a prompt response and options to my request for a quote to repair/replace my shower. The work was carried out by Alex was excellent, replacing my old shower with a new one, (in a fully tiled bathroom) using the spare tiles I had, to replace the ones where the old controller had been situated. Everything was left clean and tidy and apart from the new shower you wouldn't have known any work had been done. Would definitely recommend them.

Very competent fitter, explained all the work and went out of his way to cover up new pipework.

Great service, problem was indetified quickly and repaired even quicker. Dan, who attended, was professional and explained everything to us. Highly reccomended and would seek there services again in the future!

It was a pleasure to have Alex and Nathan over at my house to unblock the kitchen drains. Even when the work became a bit trickier they doubled their effort, and half an hour later the drain was clean and good as new, very tidy work, and all in a relax and friendly atmosphere Great job boys !
