  We had 2 wooden sash windows installed , 1 in each room. The team of 3 inspired confidence and reliability from the off. We had already put covers over furniture etc but the guys doubled up on this. They took the old frames out in no time, disposing of them into their van. There was a problem with the sill on one of the new ones but a phone call to the office sorted this out and the guys were brilliant in communicating this. So the team started around 10.30 and they were finished by 4.30. They will return to complete the sill when it is ready. Perfect, skilled work, lovely team.. VERY HAPPY

  Excellent emergency maintenance call out!

  I rang Peerless (in a panic!) close to closing time on Saturday afternoon. In the intense heat, my UPVC Patio door had “dropped” and would not close. Danny from emergency maintenance came within 1/2hr and fixed it👍 even though the door had been fitted in July 2018!!! No quibbles, no problem - I was so very grateful and relieved and this is another reason I would thoroughly recommend their complete work AND follow up! Thank you!

  Fantastic team

  What a fantastic team of three! I had a back door and patio doors installed. The guys were polite, efficient and vey tidy. Any small issues were discussed and solutions reached. Great communication with the company from the initial sales quote , office staff ,right through to fitting. We would not hesitate to use the company again. Thank you all.

  Communication from start to end excellent. Andy and Neil the window fitters were excellent very professional, very precise and meticulous. Very tidy and cleaned up in every visit. The finish was real quality. Peerless Windows are a company my daughter had used and recommended them. The help and support they gave us during the process and throughout was excellent. Even visiting the showroom to look at the different options was not a problem. I would highly recommend them you pay for quality and that is what Peerless delivered.
