I dealt with Alex, who was a breeze from start to finish! He got his team in when he said he would! They did an amazing job and left it all very clean! Alex has even helped us with getting discounted skips as our other jobs requires a few skips! Honestly I couldn't be more impressed with there service! His dad was on site managing the whole thing and even he was a legend! We even found paper work from the previous owners who had the roof works done with them :)...... Alex responded the same day I enquired about having my chimney repaired. At a time when I’d already been let down by one chimney specialist and not heard back from several other roofers. After some discussion & quotes for both repair & removal of the chimney, we agreed a date and the work was carried out as planned. They brought used tiles that are a pretty close match to the existing old roof. Ridge tiles are a little bumpy where the chimney was, but the reason for this was clearly explained and the only way around that was to replace all of the ridge tiles. Thanks again!

We had 3 quotes for the roof Pedmore wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive - however they did listen to what we wanted. They kept us informed of every step of the way and arrived on time worked efficiently & were diligent as to their standard of work. Alex & his team were a pleasure to have around and cleaned up each day before leaving ensuring little disruption to access to our property if I could they would get 11/10

I used Pedmore for the repointing of a ridge tile, quick, efficient and reliable. Good advice given.
