  Full renovation: including double storey extension. Turned a two bed detached house into a three bed with family bathroom and large ensuite to master bedroom. They recommended an open plan living space for the kitchen/ lounge and I'm so glad I followed their advise. Beautiful bifold doors leading out to the freshly landscaped garden (a useful space for the family) with a gorgeous patio. Whole house completely rendered with new front door and windows. They done everything for me over the course of 6 months.

  Installation of roof tile vents and soffit

  I had a condensation problem in the master bedroom of my house after further investigation found that my roof felt wasn’t breathable so had 4 tile vents and 20 soffit vents installed around the property. Micah and Tobias carried out the work in a timely and professional manner and even went the extra mile to change a couple of already broken tiles on the roof for me I highly recommend them with any roofing issues as they were very knowledgeable.

  This contractor was excellent and I will be using them again for my next project, for the following reasons; Good Price (including client based changes). Good Quality. Kept client informed throughout the works. Started and Finished project on time. Team worked each day and all day. Very Polite and tidy. Cleared site of all excavated materials and debris. Very professional in all aspects of their work.

  Demolition of large outdoor shed, part brick. Remove and install new loft insulation

  The guys worked very efficiently, were very punctual and very tidy. I found them to be reliable, friendly and professional at all times. They arrived on time every day and they finished the job when they said they would. They always left the site very tidy and clean at the end of every day. They offered great advise when needed. We would hire Pedersen Homes again at any time as we were really happy with their standard of work and their professional attitude.
