Pears have recently replaced all our doors and windows, not a small job with over 20 individual units being specified, designed and installed. We were recommended by friends to Pears ourselves and we were not let down. Bill, listened to our needs and there were no pushy sales techniques just a willingness to listen, understand our needs and provide his input. The installation team were fantastic too. Honestly, brilliant. They worked so hard and completed our work in 3 days. They were clean, tidy and helpful too. All in all we heartily recommend Pears, they are brilliant.

I was previously very disappointed with this company, since they had not provided a quotation following a visit to my home. Following a telephone call to me, this was a simple admin mix-up. The director was sincerely apologetic and promptly provided the quotation. I have accepted that this was a "falling through the cracks" moment.

Great service from start to finish. We had new porch doors and windows fitted as the old ones had rotted. The job was promptly quoted (even though we were in lockdown), measured up, manufactured and installed both according to budget and within the time frame agreed. This is not the first time we have used Pears and we chose them again because of their reputation and workmanship. Thoroughly recommended!

Contacted Pears to found out if they would be able to assess my existing windows to ascertain what life was left in them as I was selling my property. This was not a usual request for them but Bill gladly offered to help and came out two days later. I was impressed with both his knowledge and professionalism but most important of all, his honesty. He knew exactly what style of window was in place and was able to advise longevity of each window. At no point was any sales pitch attempted and I was advised that I had another five -ten years of life left in my existing windows. I was so impressed
