Pearl Building Ltd carried out external repair and decoration works for us. The works included roof repairs, external wall repairs & decoration, new windows to garage and new garage door. All trades did amazing job and the end result was fantastic. We were kept up to date with progress and the team responded quickly to any queries we had. We would highly recommend Pearl Building and will definitely use them again in the future

The job was to convert a garden outbuilding into a usable garden studio/office. The roof, window and door of the original building were in an advanced state of disrepair; only the brick walls and concrete floor were left. Lloyd and his team did a great job. The building is now well insulated and has a new roof, door, window and floor and looks great. The work was well coordinated between the different trades and the site was left clean and tidy. I would very much recommend Lloyd and his team.

Absolutely brilliant team at Pearl Builders. Sue was fantastic communicator always emailing with updates. Anthony who carried out the work was amazing. No question too stupid and explained everything he was doing. Couldn’t fault them. Also arranged all the scaffolding as well for us and simply paid through clear invoicing and payments. Very grateful.

The work required was to restore two flights of patio steps with various problems. The initial contact, site visit and quote was handled in a timely manner, Lloyd was easy and pleasant to communicate with and with the quote accepted, a date for the work to commence was arranged. Everything went to plan, an unforeseen issue did crop up but we agreed on a solution with no fuss. The guys on site were reliable and left all clean and tidy when finished. We are very happy with the completed project and would certainly use Pearl Building again and recommend them to others. Thank you!

Pearl builders laid a patio and remove double doors to replace with a window. The standard of work was excellent, we were kept up to date at each step and stage both from the builders and the office. The builders themselves were polite, respectful and friendly, they left th house clean and resolved problems as they arose. I would highly recommend this company.
