    Efficient and thorough

    Mark from Pearl builders did a great job installing a lintel above a window opening in preparation for a replacement window to be installed. His work was efficient, careful and thorough. The result was very neat work, and Mark was very respectful of our property, cleaning up brilliantly at the end. I would highly recommend Mark, and Pearl Builders.'

    New Garden Therapy Room

    Really pleased with our new therapy room. The team handled everything from the design and groundworks through to the finished build, including the plumbing, drainage, electrics, toilet and wash basin. The whole process went smoothly, with no problems along the way. The quality of the work is excellent, the finish is great, and the room feels really well built. Would happily recommend them.

    Good communication, clear billing and work undertaken to a good standard in expected timeframe

    Really good experience dealing with Pearl (Lloyd and his team) from start to finish. The work that was needed was fully explained at the outset and, even though I asked for a delayed start date by a number of months, the original quote was honoured. Good communication throughout with start dates provided for each aspect of the work and emails/calls always answered by Lloyd or his friendly office team. Invoicing was clear and staged as each element of work was completed. The total cost was as per the original quote.

    Garage to room conversion

    I had a garage that i converted into a bedroom with a bathroom. From contacting Pearl Building, to getting a quote and getting the job done i must say I was impressed. The team works quick whilst ensuring a high standard. With building there will always be issues however they were quickly identified and handled in a professional manner. Communication was great and was kept up to date with all progress. Very pleased with how the room and bathroom turned out. Thanks Pearl Building team!

    Great trustworthy builder. Highly recommended

    Pearl Building Ltd carried out external repair and decoration works for us. The works included roof repairs, external wall repairs & decoration, new windows to garage and new garage door. All trades did amazing job and the end result was fantastic. We were kept up to date with progress and the team responded quickly to any queries we had. We would highly recommend Pearl Building and will definitely use them again in the future

    Complete renovation of a brick outbuilding into a garden room/office.

    The job was to convert a garden outbuilding into a usable garden studio/office. The roof, window and door of the original building were in an advanced state of disrepair; only the brick walls and concrete floor were left. Lloyd and his team did a great job. The building is now well insulated and has a new roof, door, window and floor and looks great. The work was well coordinated between the different trades and the site was left clean and tidy. I would very much recommend Lloyd and his team.
