The work required was to restore two flights of patio steps with various problems. The initial contact, site visit and quote was handled in a timely manner, Lloyd was easy and pleasant to communicate with and with the quote accepted, a date for the work to commence was arranged. Everything went to plan, an unforeseen issue did crop up but we agreed on a solution with no fuss. The guys on site were reliable and left all clean and tidy when finished. We are very happy with the completed project and would certainly use Pearl Building again and recommend them to others. Thank you!

Pearl builders laid a patio and remove double doors to replace with a window. The standard of work was excellent, we were kept up to date at each step and stage both from the builders and the office. The builders themselves were polite, respectful and friendly, they left th house clean and resolved problems as they arose. I would highly recommend this company.

Blown Lintel replaced above rear door & window. Lloyd attended to give a quote on the same day I called and subsequently provided a good price. Work commenced within a fortnight and completed over two days, the team that arrived were very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They cleaned up when they finished. Very pleased with the work and would recommend this company.

Overjoyed with what they have done so far with my bungalow through their sister company. The Fireplaces have been removed and chimney breasts glass like finished plaster by Mick who is a quality craftsman, the other tradesman removed the fireplaces and bricked up where needed as well as taking down the pine classes ceiling in readiness for a new flat roof and plasterboard/ plastered ceiling to come with. All work undertaken has been to a quality standard with little mess and cleaned up afterwards respectful of my property. I will definitely use them again!!! Prices are competitive.

Everything was brilliant, the office sent me a quote it was really detailed. They booked me in and the good went really smoothly . I was keeper informed daily and the project manager was here to help if I had any questions Would definitely use pearl building again
