Overjoyed with what they have done so far with my bungalow through their sister company. The Fireplaces have been removed and chimney breasts glass like finished plaster by Mick who is a quality craftsman, the other tradesman removed the fireplaces and bricked up where needed as well as taking down the pine classes ceiling in readiness for a new flat roof and plasterboard/ plastered ceiling to come with. All work undertaken has been to a quality standard with little mess and cleaned up afterwards respectful of my property. I will definitely use them again!!! Prices are competitive.

Everything was brilliant, the office sent me a quote it was really detailed. They booked me in and the good went really smoothly . I was keeper informed daily and the project manager was here to help if I had any questions Would definitely use pearl building again

Lloyd came round and was very professional, unfortunately I was cancelled on two days in a row… the second time was 830 in the morning. I was quoted for a concrete lintel that I didn’t need and brick door frame that I didn’t need. Luckily I noticed before I paid and the job was finished, as the builders never used any concrete or brick, just timber door frame and stud wall. Lloyd told the builders I asked for this to be done, I am a woman! And not a builder. That part of the quote was taken off in the end. But very unimpressed.

Lloyd made sure we had the correct plans and it was smooth from start to finish , Callums work was clean and tidy and he was very polite We would definitely use them again

Despite finding unexpected problems, the communication and work done was excellent and the finished product exceeded expectations
