Lloyd came round and was very professional, unfortunately I was cancelled on two days in a row… the second time was 830 in the morning. I was quoted for a concrete lintel that I didn’t need and brick door frame that I didn’t need. Luckily I noticed before I paid and the job was finished, as the builders never used any concrete or brick, just timber door frame and stud wall. Lloyd told the builders I asked for this to be done, I am a woman! And not a builder. That part of the quote was taken off in the end. But very unimpressed.

Lloyd made sure we had the correct plans and it was smooth from start to finish , Callums work was clean and tidy and he was very polite We would definitely use them again

Despite finding unexpected problems, the communication and work done was excellent and the finished product exceeded expectations

Builder arrived on time on the days expected, very polite, kept us informed at all times, always knocked on the door on arrival and when leaving. Work done well and tidily. Very pleased with the result.

The tradesmen used by Pearl were excellent. Structural work great Luke the plasterer did a wonderful job of plastering the walls and ceiling to give a perfect surface for decorating, providing sound advice. Clive the plumber worked very hard to install the very large new radiator and resolve an issue with our existing small radiator. Ben the electrician did a great job with relocating sockets, sorting out the lighting and all the preparatory work for the new electric cooker. All tradesmen were very courteous, helpful and profficient. Pearl obviously trusted them as did not inspect their work.

All tradesmen were polite and worked efficiently to complete the work. House now looks great.
