10 Removal of loose aerial on roof

Contacted for a quote as aerial was banging against chimney and roof tiles in the strong winds, received a reply back really quickly. Fitted me in within a day and on a Saturday too. Extremely professional, explained my job in detail and how the work would be carried out leaving me confident in what was being done. He was extremely, polite, courteous,and friendly. We agreed a time to carry out the work and he arrived very promptly which was greatly appreciated as we had further arrangements for the day. Chris carried out the work without hesitation and was very precise in his work!
