I phoned Rob - whilst he was on holiday abroad - and from the outset - he couldn't have been more helpful. On the day Rob kept me informed of his whereabouts - as he had to travel a bit of a distance to get to us. Once he arrived - he had addressed the issues in a short space of time - and with a minimum of fuss. Gave good advice on how to address the towel heater issue - which worked! Very reasonable cost. Very happy. Thanks Rob.

Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. They have left my property warm clean and ready for the next 7 years (at least) of trouble free heating. 10/10

Phoned Rob, who he came around the same day discovered the problem a new part was require. Made arrangements to come back the next day to fit the new part. Turned up on time as promised few other problems cropped up. Rob just got stuck in, sorted everything out. What should have been an half hour job approximately took over 2 hours. Cleaned everywhere up. Even kept to the price given for the work. Contacted us a few days later to check everything's was working well. Great guy and company would certainly recommend them 100%.

Fella came out with very short notice after a job, clearly had a long day but that didn't stop him trying to help me and explained everything he was looking at. Eventually found cause of boiler problem - would recommend. They are based in Stalybridge.

Rob was recommended to us by a neighbour and I am so glad he was. I called rob in the afternoon as the boiler wasn't working and he said he would be able to get to me later in the day. Rob stuck to the time he gave me and had a good luck at the boiler testing each and every part of it and talking me through what he was doing. Rob was able to get the boiler working for us again on what would have been a very cold night with temperatures around -7 that night. Rob even contacted us a week later to check in to see if the boiler was still working
