Excellent attention to detail and customer service

Stuart came out at short notice to do the work. He communicated beforehand and turned up early on the day as promised. Work carried out was to a great standard. His prices were so reasonable and he covered all floors with the plastic roll out. Any mess was cleaned up and he came across as a nice genuine guy. I would recommend to anyone and would use him again for any future work to be done.

Stuart phoned me to discuss the job and provided a reasonable quote shortly after. He gave me a rough idea of when he would come, confirmed exact day a few days later by text, called me on the morning to advise of a rough time, text half hour before arrival to let me know he was on the way. Talked me through how he was going to approach the job and executed it excellently. Cleared away all mess. Couldn't really have hoped for better, thanks for you work!

Stuart and Craig arrived on time, went through our requirements to make sure all still as originally discussed and got started straight away. They put down carpet and floor protectors, took measurements of where screws for shelves were so we could easily put them back when they were finished. The finished work looks brilliant, especially the ceiling which was 1970s artex. Stuart also very kindly tightened a bathroom cabinet for us which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
