  PDS have been excellent. Lee has been both professional and thorough throughout the build. He has given clear and helpful updates and explanations to keep us up to speed with progress. The company have been friendly, flexible and tidy, using very good subcontractors for plumbing and plastering work. The work has been completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with our new room.

  Garage conversion

  Lee and James from PDS recently completed a garage conversion for us and we are delighted with the result. They were excellent at communicating with us from the outset, they were very clear about timelines and took time to understand our needs and hopes for the space. They completed the job quickly with minimal disruption to us as we continued to work from home. They lined up the other trades to come in quickly and ensured that our new room was ready in time for the Christmas holidays. I can’t recommend PDS highly enough and I would not hesitate to contact them again for future renovations

  Remedial works after previous building works condemned and then completion of work to rear single storey extension and side 1st floor extension and some integral work to original house.

  Lee and James were amazing. They organised everything from inspections, pricing, suppliers, timescales so all work followed on with no stop starts, remedial works, offered up better ideas to enhance original design of extension and carried out the necessary work to complete the extension after previous builder had let us down massively. They fitted us in their already busy schedule and the work was completed in an astoundingly short period of time given that the previous builder started work in August promised to be finished by Xmas and by Jan we were nowhere near completion. Cannot thank enough!
