  The work was completed efficiently and he consulted me about any areas where matters of taste might apply, such as whether to drill into tile. He also offered maintenance advice to avoid any routine issues, which was appreciated. Altogether it was a pleasant and stress-free experience.

  He arrived on time and was friendly and communicative. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was upfront about what was needed to fix it and the complexity of the issue. The problem was resolved effectively and future measures highlighted. I would absolutely recommend this company.
