  Great service from Paul and his team at PDM. All workmanship was of excellent quality. They were reliable and easy to work with. The job was well managed, completed on schedule and on budget.   Paul and his team have been fantastic. Kept all the mess to a minimum, cleaned up, arrived when they said they would, kept me updated, dealt with building regulations, and skip delivery. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I will be having them back for more work for sure and definitely recommend them

  Paul is a very personable and approachable individual. Who is professional, pleasant and easy to get on with. Which in my opinion are important traits when entrusting someone with your house. After considering our quotes, this was a deciding factor for choosing PDM. - Team are excellent & highly skilled in their crafts. - All trades were punctual, polite & respectful - Great communication & questions were addressed quickly - Offered some fab ideas on design tweaks - Project came in on time (14wks) & within budget PDM (Paul & Co) turned a house we loved into the home of our dreams.

  Conservatory -> garden room

  The work was very good and well managed. There were a few issues due to it being a period house but PDM were very professionally is sorting them out to a high standard. I am very pleased with the work. Three months on and its perfect!

  Site was well protected to prevent unnecessary damage from machinery/supplies. Builders were punctual on days attended and always polite and courteous. All were friendly and approachable and always happy to explain the ongoing process if I had any concerns.

  Rear single-storey extension

  I was wanting an extension and interior works including turning a lounge-diner into a kitchen-diner by means of erecting a stud wall. I ultimately had this work carried out, but was really impressed with how well PDM took care of everything, so I had additional work carried out too - including a new patio/garden gate, supply and fit new kitchen and new flooring throughout ground floor level. All work was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. PDM happily worked around us and our family life. Very accommodating, and very pleased with our new downstairs living space. Thank You team.
