  Kitchen Fitting

  We’re thrilled with the work Paul and his team did on our kitchen! They removed our old kitchen and fitted the new one in just a week, and it looks beautiful. The quality of the work is excellent, and communication was great, with updates throughout the day. Paul and the team were friendly, professional, and really listened to our needs. We chose to paint and tile ourselves, so it’s over to us to finish, but the installation is perfect. Highly recommend Paul and his team for a stress-free kitchen transformation!

  Kitchen refurbished

  Paul’s team did a great job renovating our kitchen. They remastered the walls and ceiling, retiled the backsplash and fitted our kitchen including all electrics and plumbing. They worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. We are really pleased with the kitchen, everything is great. Paul gave us great advice about the job and was very responsive in communication.

  From the moment we met Paul from PDL Property Services we knew our project was in good hands. The work was carried out to a very high spec and even though we changed our minds on a few things it was never a problem. We have had them back for several other jobs which have all been completed to a high standard too.

  Paul is a local builder who's done a large amount of work in our neighbourhood, and there's a very good reason for that. The quality of his and his team's work is exceptional, but what really stands out though is both the attention to detail and the fact that Paul will offer pertinent advice backed up by an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Building Regulations. Paul also gives clear indications of price, timescales and is completely trustworthy, which led us to be very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.
