  Honest and Professional

  Phil was professional and honest from beginning to end. Just what you need in a tradesperson, he was great at communicating and turned up promptly. He gave us a very honest appraisal of what needed to be done, and completed the requested extra work for the quoted amount . If I have any plumbing issues in the future he will be my first call and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family- how many tradespeople can you say that of these days?! My wife described him as “old school”, no reflection on his age but more of his approach to his work and clients. Thank you very much

  Excellent service

  Very happy with Phil’s work. He replaced one shower pump and repaired another really quickly and efficiently. Where other quotes received we’re excessive and unnecessarily complicated, Phil identified the simplest and quickest way to solve the problem by fixing a pump rather than replacing it. He is very professional and his work very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend and no doubt will use him again.

  An excellent plumber

  Phil installed my boiler last year & I was really happy to ask him to install our new bathroom this year. He did a great job & I would definitely recommend him and happily use him again for any other plumbing jobs. A really nice guy, clean & tidy worker and he did a great finish. He worked efficiently and kept me in the loop on what was happening when, so I was able to work with his schedule to get painting/decorating done around the installation. He finished on time & on budget, too! So no issues whatsoever, so I will definitely be using him again.

  In two visits, Phil fitted a stop cock and did an assessment of my boiler. He was really helpful, explained everything that needed doing and was reliable.
