PCM property management services are a great company to hire for any jobs you require to be actioned. Very knowledgeable about requirements, materials and time frames to facilitate as well as great value. I was impressed throughout with communication and the standard of cleanliness after the work was conducted. I would definitely hire in the future. A credit to the trade industry when there can be limited scope for faith with other company practices.

Great experience with these guys! Had a full plastering job + painting that only took two full days! Super reasonably priced and they came out as soon as i needed them.

I hired PCM property management to repair and redecorate after a minor water leak. They were the first to accept the work and came out the same day to assess the job , after initial discussion we agreed a price and time to complete the work. PCM arrived on time, complete the work to a very high standard in the time they had estimated.
