    A really great service

    I neded help to install a new printer and to get it online, it came with no instructions and I battledfor two days but just going around in circles. got onto to Checkatrade and within 20 minutes John from Polaris phoned and offered to come around rightbthere and then before he started work in his workshop. he came and in a short space of time my printer was working and communicating with my PC and my laptop and my wifes laptop. It was a fantastic service and I will certainly use them again and advise anyone who has an issue with their tech stuff give Polaris Tech Ltd a call they are amazing.

    GREAT SERVICE FROM POLARIS TECH

    John Farren successfully reinstated the ink flow to my Epson ET-4800 printer. I thought I might have to buy a new printer as several people had tried unsuccessfully to sort the problem. Well done Polaris Tech.

    Setup for laptop, printers.

    John successfully set up laptop, linked it to printers, downloaded and transferred files. He explained audio and video usage. Generally, I am more confident about using the laptop.

    Assessment of laptop malfunction

    The team at Polaris tech were very supportive when I contacted them about my laptop which wouldn’t turn on. They responded quickly to my request via Checkatrade, gave me a timeline for the work and clear explanation of the problem. My laptop wasn’t fixable but they recovered all my data and were able to load it onto a new laptop for me. A very stressful situation (for me) was made much easier by their calm approach.

    Setting up a new printer to match with my computer.

    John handled all my inabilities about connecting a new printer to my existing computer! He worked quickly and enthusiastically in order to make things work perfectly. I am so grateful to him for restoring my confidence in my new machine. Technology is definitely not one of this elderly woman's assets! I do hope I will be able to contact him again should I experience other problems. John, thank you so much.     Fixed my laptop

    Needed my laptop fixed pretty quickly as going away and they were very professional and helpful in getting this done in a quick manner. Great value for money and definitely worth it. Will be using them in the future for any repair work or any of the other services they provide.
