As always Walter did a great job setting up my new computer and updating and transferring everything to the new one. He was very patient as I had forgotten a lot of the passwords and I would never use anyone else!

We had a number of issues that needed to be resolved. Walter has worked very efficiently with installation of a new printer. Reinstalled lost receipts of emails on our desktop, laptop and 2 mobiles. Gave us valuable advice how to navigate through various PC applications. He is punctual, gets on with the job and doesn't give up until he finds the way to complete the task in hand. Walter was very helpful, managed to set up my computer efficiently and patiently : knowledgable and happy to answer questions when asked for help. Have used the Tech shed before and will continue to do so when necessary.

I called this company today for a call-out to fix my PC. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely awful. Answered the phone with ''hello'', no name, no business name. One word answers, rude, awkward, and abrupt. No wonder small, local businesses struggle so badly when you have someone like this on the end of the phone.

Walter was onetime and very polite. Throughly nice guy who clearly knows a lot about tech. Got the wifi speed from >3mbps to >25mbps!
