  Leaky valve for washer

  Phil was really friendly and helpful was here earlier than expected and stayed to check that was no leaks. He is very experienced and knows his trade well. Also moved the washing into place with me being pregnant

  Leak from wash hand basin

  Taps had been badly fitted by another plumber. Phil removed the panel, identified the problem and refitted the taps. He was explained what he was doing and why. Later in the day he texted to check that the problem had been solved.

  Emergency call out for boiler flooding into kitchen

  Water was pouring and flooding kitchen from boiler. Phil turned up when he said he would. Booked via an aggregation website who charged me £150 just to book someone. Phil was 90 mins from callout. He kept me informed about arrival time. He fixed the blocked pipe outside. 5 mins job. Said issue was resolved. Boiler hasn’t worked properly all day. Turning itself off after ten mins. We spoke a few times today as id paid him £180 on top of the £150 call-out so thought he should sort. He hung up on me.Found someone local who identified problem in 10 secs. Texted him and his response was ‘Ha!’. 🙈

  I arrived at her home at 17:30 on an emergency callout. The boiler installation was an absolute disgrace! The customer spoke to me in an unpleasant manner. I repaired the damaged condense pipe. The hot water was working fine with the boiler. The heating was working. She ordered me to set the timing for the central heating on her thermostat. I asked for the instructions. She didn't have them. I left her property. 1.5 hour drive home. She rang me this evening and i gave her help and support. I asked her to take a picture under the boiler to see if the receiver was working? She ignored me!"
