  Although running late Phil rang me to advise and asked if it was ok. Whilst completing the service he talked me through everything , making sure I understood how it all worked which was very helpful. Phil was friendly and made me feel at ease straight away which is very important to me when hiring a tradesperson. Would recommend. Thank you

  Emergency call out for leak

  Shower leaked through ceiling and tripped electrics. Called for emergency plumber. He had a long drive to us but did attend - identified and and sorted issue quickly. All sorted now. Highly recommended

  Broken toilet, gushing water!

  Phil was a superstar! Rescued us in the middle of the night with a toilet gushing water. Very friendly, came out to us as an energency very quickly, got the problem sorted and gave good advice. Keeping his number safe for future plumbing needs. Thank you Phil!

  Boiler service & identified a leak from a pipe
