    Scott and Dan responded to my request for a call out within minutes of my message. They attended the same day and found that we needed a new part for our front door lock. Having ordered the part for next day delivery they came back as soon as the part had arrived and quickly had the new lock installed. Absolutely delighted with the friendly and efficient service. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Amazing Service

    I can highly recommend Scott at PCB Secure. Contacted him late Friday night as my mum could not lock her front door. He offered to come round that same evening at no additional cost, but we arranged for him to come round the Saturday. His communication from start to finish was faultless and he fixed the door on the first visit at a very fair and reasonable price. Would highly recommend Scott and PCB Secure to anyone!

    New door locks

    After a door handle jamming and only access via a window. After posting for help, The guys were amazing In the area so came over within an hour, solved the problem & explained fully what had happened. Problem solved. Polite clean professional company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Honest, friendly and helpful team

    The lads came out in the evening after a call where they tried to help over the phone first. They arrived in good time, and work with us to find the best, lowest cost solution to get us inside our home. The job got fiddly but they carried it out and ensured we were all secure again afterwards. Fantastic, friendly team!
