    Door wouldn't lock from the outside

    We had a door that we couldn't lock from the outside and called PCB after seeing their reviews. The whole process was very straightforward, easy to book an appointment and we were kept informed via WhatsApp on when they would arrive. They explained the issue, the options and the cost to fix. Had the work done there and then and I now have a door I can lock from the outside. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

    Very helpful and Professional

    Spoke PCB at 5:31pm as needed a lock changed ASAP. Had a look at the diary as we had discussed morning/afternoons. He said he would check and call me back. Called me back with in minutes to confirm he could come the same night. Communication was on point, was running late so communicated and asked if still ok to attend. 2 of them showed up and changed the lock in record time! I cannot thank them enough for the professionalism and for acting so quickly to help me out! Would definitely recomment and keep their details for any future work i may need.
