Pete arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable (he pointed out an issue with one of the carpets - I was already aware - but explained what was happening with the carpet - and the cause). Professional throughout. Tidy - you would never know he had been here - other than the clean carpets obviously. Personable (a lovely bloke). Great service. Excellent job on the carpets in my two bedroom house that I was getting ready for an inventory on an end of a tenancy. The carpets hadn't been cleaned for a long time, but they came up fantastic. Pete was very professional and I would highly recommend him.
