Paige changed my garage door lock after it had been broken into and installed a door defender. Customer service initially was very good and she even came in the evening to accommodate my schedule. 2 weeks later, it appears the door defender isn’t as secure as needed. I’ve tried to get in touch with Paige but to no avail. Shame that I’ve paid for a service which I’ve not received to the standard I thought I would and despite trying to get in touch have had no response.

Paige did an excellent professional job, she was very polite and knowledgable. She came earlier in the week to assess the work and gave a free no obligation quote. She then came on the day we arranged and got straight on with the job, replacing all the window locks we needed so that we can now open and lock all the windows without any of them jamming or failing to lock. We really appreciate it, thank you Paige!
