PBS Building & Property Services Ltd did an excellant job of replacing my roof. The team were very professional and polite. Some ridge tiles needed replacing and in short supply but were promptly ordered and replaced with in days. Everywhere was cleared up and left tidy. I highly recommend PBS. The guys checked my leaking down pipe, identified the problem as being a blocked soak away drain and gave advice on its clearance. Very polite and efficient and there was no charge. Thank you very much for your help.

I spoke to Philip while he and his guys were working on a Neighbours house. I asked him if he would be able to move an existing tile vent for us. He popped around right away to have a look and was happy to do so. As soon as they were done on the other job he and a couple of his guys came around and moved the vent. Really polite, friendly and no mess. I would also like to comment on how well they worked in today's terrible weather.

Clean and dry off flat roof at rear of house, Seal edging bars. Then apply a bracket gray fibre roofing compound to complete flat roof. Clear away all rubbish.

Very punctual and polite. Hard working, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with them.
