  Paul contacted me very quickly via the Checkatrade app and we discussed the details of the job and arranged a date and time. He arrived between the hours he said he would and after a discussion on the best course of action for the repair, he cracked on and completed the job to a high standard.

  Cistern mechanism replacement

  Low pressure on the system, leak repair

  Investigated an issue with the water pressure and discovered a leak under our boiler. Went straight out to find the part and came back to replace it without any fuss. Very polite & efficient, would use again for future work.

  Paul was brilliant. We thought it would be an easy swap but it turned out to be a complete pain to drain our whole hot water tank, remove the whole sink and then replace the taps. He was really careful and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!
