The engineer turned up on time and got straight to business. He was thorough and professional taking no shortcuts. During his work he was patiently explaining what he was doing and detailing each problem as they were found. On completion (had to fail the test) he explained thoroughly what remedial work was needed to get a pass certificate. will definitely ask him to do the retest.
