  Very happy with the final result and how they approached the job from start to finish.

  The final job was completed on schedule and within the original cost and time estimate. The initial scope for the roof job expanded from a patch repair to a full roof replacement after a further detailed inspection beneath the decking after it was removed. Patrick and his team explained everything in detail as they went along. There was minor unforeseen issues that needed fixing, but they were quick to return to put that right in a couple of days. Very happy with the final result and how they approached the job from start to finish.

  Dormer and roof repair and chimney restoration

  Patrick and team were great from the get go. Took time to properly inspect the issue and quote, showed up on time and left the property clean. Due to PB’s thoroughness we’re now reassured that we won’t be having any more issues.

  No leaks, No problem

  Made a request because of a leaking garden shed roof. Within minutes was contacted by the trades person. Was able to make appointment for same day, as were in the area. On arrival showed them the problem with shed. They took a look, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Was given a price, which I accepted and they were able to complete on the same afternoon. I was so pleased with the great work that they carried out. I Would recommend them without hesitation. A big thank you to you both

  Brilliant Service From PB Homes!

  PB Homes carried out a small repair on my flat roof and I was thoroughly impressed. They were helpful, courteous and efficient, and got started on the issue almost immediately. They did exactly what they said they would do and took the time to talk me through the process, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are so professional and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend PB Homes and will be keeping their details for any future work.

  Failed roof felt and holes created a strong leak

  Patrick came round within an hour, quote was clearly articulated in writing. Work was then carried out promptly with additional works included at a price I was happy with. Very tenant friendly, good communication.

  Fix leak in lead flashing

  Patrick arranged to visit and give me a quote to replace lead above my bow window when he looked at it said a repair was a better option which was a lot cheaper and explained why. Liked his honesty and did the work straight away and did not leave until checked there was no leak. Would use him again
