    Bathroom sealing, furniture assembly, door shaving, skirting board removal & kitchen light

    Sealed bathtub, assembled furniture, shaved bedroom door, removed skirting board and adjusted kitchen ceiling lights. Pieter turned up on time, worked hard, did a great job and was very polite. Couldn't have asked for a better handyman. I would highly recommend him.

    Carpentry and decorating work

    Pieter came in and completed two tricky carpentry jobs as well as some other decorating bits. The work was done exactly to specification, Pieter always communicated clearly and promptly and the work was well-priced. Would definitely recommend for future work!

PB Handy Services provides, handyman and gardening services to customers in Sussex. Why hire a handyman and gardener separately when you can get both trades in one ? Have over 10 years experience working in both trades which includes working for private customers, AGE UK and as a contractor for estate agents. Over the years I have taken on various large projects including fencing, decking and shed renovations in addition to smaller jobs such as flat pack assembly and bathroom silicone sealing. On the gardening side, I carry out general garden maintenance and hard and soft garden landscaping.

Below includes a list of typical jobs that I taken on:

As a Handyman - Fencing, decking, shed felt replacement, putting up blinds, picture hanging, shelves, curtain rails, flatpack assembly, painting and decorating, TV bracket installation, leaky tap repairs, replacing light fittings and planing of warped doors.

As a Gardener - Hedge trimming, mowing, pruning, weeding and garden makeovers.

There a few jobs that I am unable to do, and consider myself to be fair on pricing, hard working, trustworthy and reliable. I don't have any call out charges and if I can't fix, I won't charge. Quotations are provided free of charge.

In addition to my experience I have also completed training at Able Skills in Dartford 2013 in plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, painting & decorating and bricklaying and hold the following qualifications in the gardening trade:

Level 1 City & Guilds in Practical Horticulture (2014), RHS Level 2 Certificate in Practical Horticulture (2015) and RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Plant Growth, Propagation and Development (2018)
