  What customer service!

  Had Paul fit a bathroom for us and was initially happy with the result if not the experience. Bit our tongues though as we still wanted him to provide after sales if needed. No need to worry about that now as he has basically ignored our requests to rectify a toilet flush that he had positioned in the wrong place to such an extent that he had to melt the cistern to force the flush button to fit into the toilet unit. If you want this quality of work then go ahead but i'd advise against him. Apparently our fault for using cheap fittings.

  Excellent experience from frist contact to completion very considerate of my property gave advice when needed brilliant job very professional excellent workmanship and cleaned up everywhere lefted really clean and tidy very friendly and approachable man really pleased would recommend 100%

  En-suite refit

  Paul was very reliable and arrived on time each day. He laid sheets down to protect carpets each day, he is a good workman, works hard and left everywhere neat and tidy at the end of each day. We are very pleased with our new look en-suite.

  Fitting bathroom, and combining seperate toilet and bathroom into one.

  Paul was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for more. Was very punctual and completed the work to a very high standard. The job involved extra tasks, such as removing a wall between toilet and existing bathroom. Moving of the loft hatch and squaring off to achieve a larger room. Paul executed each of these in a timely manner and to a high standard. Very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend for future bathroom fitting and similar works. Many thanks Paul !

  En-Suite Refit

  Paul was reliable and turned up at the time stated each day. He worked hard and also tidied up at the end of each day leaving our home neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the result and our en suite looks amazing.

  En-suite Renovation

  Paul re-fitted our en-suite recently. It’s was a full refit including complete retile. The quality of his work is fantastic. He was punctual, tidy and very easy to communicate with. At every stage he discussed our options and advised us on the best approach to get the end point we wanted. He is extremely trustworthy enough so we gave him a key to our property due to working in healthcare, allowing Paul to function around us ! We had a small snag with a unit which we supplied. He was extremely accommodating and came back to fit the new unit when it arrived from our supplier.
