After previous dealings with other drainage companies who were unsatisfactory and over-priced, it was a welcome change when we discovered ‘P.B. Drainage’. It was immediately obvious that Paul is very experienced and knowledgable in his field. He is efficient and polite, turns up when he says he will and charges fair prices. He has sorted various drain issues for us over the past few years. Paul is a genuinely helpful and decent guy and we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Paul visited the site first to give an estimate on what the job needed and would cost. After accepting the quote, he repaired the drain and the path. He did an excellent job, was courteous, worked well and we are very pleased with what he’s done. Can certainly recommend him and his work.

The work was over two days, involved digging out the old pipes and replacing with new for part of the system and installing a liner for section to the main sewer. Re-laid paving blocks and removed all waste. Punctual for both days.

Paul responded quickly and was very knowledgeable, he did a thorough job and resolved the issue considering my availability. Completely recommend

We set a date in advance. He kept to it and did a brilliant job at replacing a broken drain. Very reasonable rate compared to others.
