    Complicated replacement of Hallway Sub-Floor

    I used PB CD around 15 years ago for damp coursing, plastering and full repair and replacement of our Living room Sub-floor. Well the fixes have remained sound over all that time, so I got in-touch and booked quoting for a complicated Sub-Floor removal and replacement for our hallway . It was completed quickly, at the date/time agreed. Quote also arrived promptly and, accepted as it was very good value. We agreed a start date and the work has since been completed and to an elite level. Very happy that I chose Paul and PB CD. I would totally recommend and I've asked for a quote for other work.

    Damp-proofed our bedroom wall

    Paul damp-proofed our bedroom wall for us after we’d been struggling with damp, mould, and peeling paint for several years. It looks fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. The standard of work is excellent. Paul is professional and left everything immaculate.

    Build wall on the front house/driveway either side of neighbours

    Paul was fantastic throughout… I explained exactly what I wanted and he was quick to respond and price up a quote. He was punctual and offered me advice on what was best for my job. Kept my driveway neat and tidy whilst carrying out the job and kept me informed throughout. Would highly recommend and with 30yrs experience he k owes his stuff. Top work.

Established as a family business, we have grown organically since 1996 when the company was first established. We continue to grow and develop and add to our long list of happy customers. Whilst still offering a specialist brickwork service to various contractors, we are now established as a complete development service to the highest standard.

As of 2009 PB Construction & Development Ltd now offer a damp proofing service, consisting of D.P.C injection, combined with a 2 coat tanking slurry system to combat rising damp in masonry. All of which is covered by a 15 year guarantee.

We also offer a timber treatment service which includes woodworm, wet rot and dry rot curing, also covered by a 15 year guarantee.
