  Max and his team helped short notice with fixing and finishing the utility extention on my house. Along with painting the downstairs of my house to a professional standard. Can’t recommend them any more. Very good workers. Thanks again guys

  Max has a great team and updated and cleaned rental property at short notice . This included building maintenance,decorating, cleaning etc. Thoroughly recommend - most helpful and obliging. Many thanks great job

  Refurb after property flood damage

  Payne's maintenance saved the day & bought a property back to life after a leak from 1 pipe damaged the whole house! Max &the team pulled together within short notice & flipped the house to a beauty. Tenants were able to move in & landlord pleased & my agency. Absolute life saver! Max & the team are always reliable & honest with prices with such great value for money. I would never question quotes or work as it great every time 100%.
