I recently had a window installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the original email for a quote from Richard, the whole process was nice and easy from start to finish and the customer service is excellent. The job was completed to a high standard, and the glazier (Lee) did an excellent job, his workmanship was carried out to a very professional standard. I would definitely be using this company again in the future. I can confidently say it was money well spent and would highly recommended Pavilion Glass to anyone.

From the initial quote to installation was kept informed at all times. Great attention to detail and make sure everything is tidy when they leave. Friendly and helpful team. They recently upgraded our wooden bannister to glass really pleased with it they done a fantastic job had lots of compliments. A few years ago they replaced some doors and windows. Our go to people.

Very pleased with all aspects of Pavilion Glass; from planning/refining right through to installation. Doors and windows for almost the whole house was installed in just three days. We wanted to preserve as much as possible of the original character of our 1920s house; Hayley was very helpful in planning this. The installation team were friendly and very professional. They did a fantastic job in removing the old windows and doors, installing the new ones and clearing up afterwards. We are delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pavilion.

We had some repairs and trim changes carried out by Pavilion Glass today. The 2 engineers we had could not have been any more helpful and went above and beyond what they were asked to do. They are a great representative of Pavilion's customer service.

Professional service. Efficient flexible team. Good guidance, knowledgable in options fair price IMHO. Installers were great, explained exactly what they would do, fast efficient and courteous. Would recommend highly.
