Turned up without appointment, mis-measured and I ended up with 8 weeks of a boarded up window at the front of the house which was highly embarrassing, astragal bars were completely wrong on most of the windows and had to be re-done; several times they had to cone back because bars had fallen off and they intimated I was pulling them off (as if I don't have better things to do); guarantee has the wrong address; still waiting for one outside stuck on astragal bars (which seems a very Blue Peter solution ) to be re-stuck. Happy to send photos of the calamity . Avoid using at all costs .

Pavilion Glass fitted a coloured glass splashback in my kitchen. They came promptly to measure and gave me suggestions on positioning and colour. They ordered my choice and got it in before Christmas. The workman was prompt and worked quickly to install the splashback which looks great.

We contacted Pavilion Glass after seeing their website and checking out their reviews on here too. They were really helpful over the phone, giving me a ball-park quote for the glass for us to fit it ourselves or what it would cost for them to come and measure up, then come back and remove and fit the new pane. (We had cracked a large 1970's reeded glass panel in our hallway and needed it replacing with modern reeded glass to match). We decided it was best to let the professionals do it. They were fantastic, quick, efficient and friendly. Definitely will be using them again. Thank you.

I recently had a window installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the original email for a quote from Richard, the whole process was nice and easy from start to finish and the customer service is excellent. The job was completed to a high standard, and the glazier (Lee) did an excellent job, his workmanship was carried out to a very professional standard. I would definitely be using this company again in the future. I can confidently say it was money well spent and would highly recommended Pavilion Glass to anyone.
