Pav has repaired/looked at our boiler twice over the last couple of years. He is very punctual, yesterday arrived within ten minutes of calling. We had a smart meter installed and they capped the gas with a suspected leak, Pav came and did a thorough check of every gas appliance and pipe and kept me informed at every step. Very reliable and would 100% continue to use him for gas and heating needs. He also repaired a valve in our boiler a couple of years ago and again was excellent.

This company acted quickly and efficiently and had the job fixed within hours after weeks of diagnosis from a different company. Would highly recommend to anyone. They are quick at responding and make sure to prioritize each job depending on urgency and that comes across when informing them of the job needed.

engineer responded and communicated well. He arrived when he said he would, carried out a diagnosis. He then arrived the next working day with the required spare parts, carried out the repair and left us with a properly working gas boiler.

I phoned PAV in the morning and he guaranteed he would be at my property between 6-7pm the same day. This he did and identified the problem which was an errant pressure cylinder creating too much pressure to the hot water tank causing it to leak. The leaking water had shorted the house electricity. The following day he advised me around early afternoon that he had all the necessary parts to carry our repairs etc and again as he was busy guaranteed he would attend between 6-7pm later that day. True to his word he attended and the problems were fixed. Very impressed and will use PAV again.

Pav was terrific. Isolated heater tank, removed old piping. Removed hot water tank and old piping. Installed new Ideal combi boiler 26wt, powerflushed the system (which was full of sludge, perhaps not cleaned for 50 years i.e. since 1970s?). New filter fitted. 12 year warranty. Ordered 1st Sunsay of Advent. Fitted before the Third Sunday i.e. within a fortnight. VAT Invoice same day via email. Paid same day in full. Complete confidence in a honest, trustworthy and efficient registered gas engineer. Highly recommended. Best value.

PAV was quick to attend and very pleasant to deal with. He was extremely courteous.
