  Reached out due to a leak and issue with drain in bathroom. Received a quick response and managed to come round the next day. Work was done quickly and thoroughly explained to me. The job involved taking the bath panel off which was replaced and resealed neatly. Bathroom was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend - prompt, professional and well priced service!

  Leak fixed

  First time I’ve used Paul The Plumber and immediately really impressed with how quickly Paul responded to my enquiry about a ceiling leak originating from the upstairs bathroom. He arranged for someone on his team to come later the same day, they worked really hard and fixed the leak cleaning up as they went. Really good communication throughout, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul again.

  We have used Paul's services multiple times for various jobs, including fitting an outside tap, fixing a clogged drain, and repairing a washing machine leak. He is exceptional every single time. He always responds promptly, arrives exactly on time, and completes every job to a very high standard. His rates are always fair and transparent, and he is a truly trustworthy professional.   Prompt, efficient and outstanding service! From the initial quote to finishing the job Paul the Plumber (and John!) were fantastic. Arrived on time (every time) and we’re extremely knowledgeable and took great care (from replacing an outside tap to refitting the bathroom). The bathroom was left spotless and everything works perfectly. Also excellent value. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!
