    If you want a first class finish ----

    Paul has just finished painting my bedroom - he really took some time over the preparation, as there were several cracks to fill and the end result is really first class. - I am so pleased with it Despite all the sanding he had to do - he ensured that none of it escaped to other rooms. curtains were re hung at the end and furniture replaced too thank you Paul.

    Delighted with the decoration

    We are delighted with the quality of the work done. Paul has now decorated almost every room in our house and it’s superbly painted. He always consults on how the work is going, is tidy, professional, reliable. I know he gets very booked up but is totally worth waiting for- we wouldn’t use anyone else to deorate our home.

    I cannot recommend Paul too highly. He is an excellent decorator, very professional at all times. He is reliable, helpful, trustworthy and works hard. He always turned up on time and went the extra mile to provide a service above and beyond what I was expecting.

    A good trustworthy professional worker

    So pleased to have found Paul he is a true professional. We are extremely pleased with the work he has done in our bungalow. We had the consevatory, 2 bedrooms, lounge & hall decorated. He always turned up when he said he would and on time. A very clean & tidy worker who always cleaned up at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Having someone working in the house was'nt at all stressful .We are happy to recommend him.

    Paul has done another great job on the outside of our house. It’s looking lovely and he took great care to work around our plants etc. We’ve known Paul for about ten years and his skills are focus remain very impressive.

    Paul rang to do outside work which he scheduled for this year. The areas to be painted were well prepared and the thorough application of paint was excellent. In addition his painting gave life to an outside light which I thought was beyond reviving.Job well done.

Hello and welcome, I am Paul Sims Painter and Decorator.


I have been established for 10 years now, for 10 years before this I was a specialist in hotel refurbishment of Marriott and Hilton Hotel chains all over the country.


I have taken a lot of knowledge and experience into the private and commercial market.


This means both working for private customers and quite a few builders and shops.


Through the quality and quantity of work that we offer I have managed to recruit two other decorators that are able to work to the high standards set by myself.


We are hardworking and take pride in our work.


This also means we are able to complete contracts and jobs quicker than others.


We offer a high standard of Painting and Decorating, this ranges from knowledge of the products we use to the detailed quotations.


The quality of our painting and decorating is all down to the preparation as this is the most important part of this trade and also the part that most people avoid.


Our workmanship and knowledge give us the ability to install confidence in our customers.


Our main objective is customer satisfaction and being able to provide this gives us job satisfaction.


The vast majority of our products that we are and have been using for the past few years are ECO friendly.


We offer our services for all interior and exterior work.


This ranges from ceilings, walls and all woodwork internally including painting varnished wood like spindles or doors.


Painting furniture and dust-free sanding.


Externally we are able to paint all walls including new render, pebbledash etc. and all woodwork including fascia’s, soffits, eaves and wooden windows and doors.


Other areas we offer are extensions, loft conversions, log cabins etc.
