In a word, excellent! From initial quote to job finish Paul was polite and professional, kept in contact and always showed up when he said he would. We understandably had to wait a bit so he could help others with emergency storm repairs, but he kept us informed of when he could get to us and started as promised. During the job he kept us informed of what was going on, sending pictures as he progressed and left the site clean and tidy. No complaints and I 100% recommend him and his team

Paul turned up when arranged to give me an estimate for the work He advised me of the date that he would be able to carry out the work and he arrived as arranged. Turned up on the day and completed the work within that day. The work was very good and they cleared all the debris away from my property when they had finished. Paul and his team were very pleasant and got on with the work with no disruption to our household.

He went above and beyond to assess our initial query as there was potentially serious damage. His communication was brilliant, he kept us in the loop about the planning. We would definitely recommend him!

Paul came out on the same day I called him to check tiles and replace some moved by storm damage. Can’t thank him and his crew enough. Gave me an estimate and charged me less when the job wasn’t as extensive as he thought. Will definitely use this company again.
