We were concerned with a leak after recent storms and contacted PRR to identify the issue and quote for repair. Paul came and gave us the options to rectify the issue. From the conversation we were confident in Paul's expertise and asked for the work to be carried out. We were given a clear quote with details of everything to be included. Paul kept us informed of when things would be done and work was completed when stated. We were very impressed with the repair and also the lengths went to ensure a pleasing finish to the work. Would use again and recommend.

Knowledge, professional, and reasonably priced. What more could you want! Paul helped us with a leak and installing some air vents. While some quoted for a new roof, he refused on the basis it wasn't needed, which speaks volumes of his character. Would recommend.

I am not with the property at the moment so had to deal with Paul remotely and by phone. Paul replied to my call promptly and arranged a survey then repaired my roof quickly and professionally. Paul has been great to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone that needs their roof repaired!!

Paul Roberts did a exellent job on my flat dormer roof, both the back and front. Was quick and efficient, took only two days.

I needed my flat roof replaced. Put out 2 requests and Paul was the only one who actually responded on time and giving me a proper breakdown of the job requirements. I had a good few days notice before Paul and his guys would turn up at 08:00 to start and ought to finish the job same day. Friday came, weather just right and Paul true to his word was here starting the job. Kept me informed all the way through the job and why they were doing things in a certain way. Fished around 15:00 and cleaned up after themselves. Certainly worth the money and I highly recommend Paul.
