I needed a CP12 (Gas Safety Check) completed for my boiler. Paul was very friendly on the phone when booking the appointment and just as friendly when he arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service

Called Paul regarding a ball cock in cold water tank that wasn't shutting off. Booked us in the next day in the afternoon. Called us in the morning to advise he could be there in the morning instead. Arrived at 9 and was done by 9:30. Booked him again for a jammed stop cock to replace. Great guy, would recommend.

Fitted a new unit.

I reached out to Paul on Checkatrade to request a quote, he contacted me quickly for more information of the work required and arranged to visit within a couple of days to take a look as the washing machine was being moved out of the kitchen so he had to check on water and waste supply. Paul’s quote was very reasonable and he returned within a few days to complete the works promptly and professionally. I will be contacting Paul to return to service my boiler as he has costed it at less than the local company who carried it out previous. I highly recommend Paul.
