    Immediately responded to my enquiry. Turned up when promised. Discussed the work that was needed and why and even when it was more difficult than originally anticipated stuck to the original quote. Then proceeded to fix my front door for free on his way out as he found an issue!

    Repair front door lock

    Contacted Parrott Locks. Paul Parrott was friendly and very efficient and attended by appointment. He explained the problem and repaired it quickly, at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
