  This assessment is unfair because, through my work and effort, and through my architectural design, he obtained the grant planning permisdion necessary building permit to be able to build. I deserved a higher rating.

  I am very happy with the work done by Paulo. From the start, he demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. He took the time to understand my vision and translated it into a design that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, communication was excellent, and he was always open to feedback, making adjustments where necessary. The final outcome not only meets all functional requirements but also blends aesthetics with practicality beautifully. His expertise and dedication are evident in every aspect of the project. Paulo's fees is very reasonable.

  Architectural plans to extend and convert property to 3 x flats

  Working with Paulo on a large extension and conversion of our property into three flats was a stress free experience. He was always courteous and happy to answer any questions. He came up with some good ideas and produced some great detailed plans and technical drawings. Any amendments I needed were done quickly without fuss. With the planning hoops you have to jump through nowadays it helps to have someone like Paulo at your side. I would definitely use him again and would certainly recommend him to my friends.

  Architectural drawings for planning permission for a rear extension in a conservation area

  Very professional. I had a great experience with Paulo Afonso Designs and cannot recommend him enough. Site inspection was arranged and completed in good time. He was very polite and keen to answer any concerns I raised. The drawings were quickly created and when the Council requested for many alterations, he was quick to respond with the amendments. I would not hesitate to use him again.
