Absolutely brilliant service. Stated that he would fix it despite other companies/people saying they would (and then deciding later it was too hard). Even came on a Saturday morning. Very polite and professional.

Excellent services, my eldery mum toilet was flooding water everywhere, i was very worried incase she would slip and fall and hurt herself. I message Paul and he was round first thing in the morning, said his main priority was to help my eldery mum out. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, Paul was fantastic thank you so so much Paul for helping my eldery mum out. 100% be using you now :)

Brilliant service from Paul as always. Turned out the loo cistern only needed a twiddle and Paul didn't charge. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again.

Really helpful came out for what ended up being quite an easy fix and didn't even ask for anything in return. He was also bright and early on getting back to my request, top man.

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. Very efficient, very clean and tidy and gave great advice on how our bathroom was going to look.
