Paul and his team were excellent, great communication (which I find is really important) and of course great craftsmanship. Paul and team came in and screeded our floor with latex, then once set, they returned to tile the floor and grout. Many choices of grout etc and Paul was very accommodating going above and beyond, even to the point of popping over at gone 7pm to help us choose a suitable grout. Would definitely use again.
