Paul spent time making sure what was required for the bathroom to suit an elderly lady. communication was excellent throughout the project. Lee and Arron are totally trustworthy and leave the house totally clean with no evidence that they have been working there. Workmanship is second to none with advice on suggested improvements. I used Paul James for this project following the same work they completed for myself last year.

Extremely happy with the finish of the bathroom. Workmanship was of high quality. Any issues we had during the process were addressed and sorted quickly and to a high standard. We were kept informed of the progress each day and what was left to do. No mess was left at the end of each day. Would recommend.

Really happy with my new bathroom fitted by Lee and team! Lee was great giving advice during the design stage, and the quality of work is of a high standard! They left the house clean and tidy after every days work, and were open and honest about any challenges/issues faced. Would use again and highly recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish. Paul helped us decide on our bathroom refit design. Lee and Aaron were fantastic lads, very professional, worked nonstop, cleaned up everyday. Bathroom refurb is superb. Would throughly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.
