Lee and Aaron started work in our bathroom on the 29th July 2026 and took 10 working days to complete the work. We had old bathroom ripped out, new water resistant floor boards, Porcelain tiles to walls, Backer boards put on top of floor boards then Porcelain floor tiles. The toilet was moved to where bath once was and a new vanity sick cabinet installed. We had a new walk in shower installed . I cannot fault how hard Lee and Aaron worked and the end result was excellent. I cannot recommend Paul James interiors enough. If you want a job doing professionally Lee and Aaron are the men to do it

From initial contact to the completion of the job Paul provided excellent and effective communication. He helped me every step of the way, he gave me lots of options to choose from and advised what he thought would work best. The final result reflects the time and care he's taken to ensure that I'm 100% happy. Lee and Aaron were a pleasure to have in our home, they were punctual, respectful, courteous, tidy, and their work ethic and attention to detail is outstanding. We were kept up to date at every stage and any issues that arose were dealt with quickly, professionally, and without fuss.

Paul spent time making sure what was required for the bathroom to suit an elderly lady. communication was excellent throughout the project. Lee and Arron are totally trustworthy and leave the house totally clean with no evidence that they have been working there. Workmanship is second to none with advice on suggested improvements. I used Paul James for this project following the same work they completed for myself last year.

Extremely happy with the finish of the bathroom. Workmanship was of high quality. Any issues we had during the process were addressed and sorted quickly and to a high standard. We were kept informed of the progress each day and what was left to do. No mess was left at the end of each day. Would recommend.
