8.67 EV charger installed

Installed Zappi glo EV charger and connected to solar panels. CT clamp was installed the wrong way round and was told I could do this myself, which I did. However the app still doesn't show my grid or solar readings correctly, and I've had no reply yet from Myenergi technical support. The basic charger functionality does seem to work, however the reason for using a local electrician for the install was to get advice and support, which seems sadly lacking from Paul.Verified reviewerJob location: TS21Response from Paul Gooding Technical Services Limited
Hi Adrian. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having a problem with your EV charger, it came as a surprise as you’ve not reached out. Regards the EV charger. The job was to install your supplied EV charger. As I had nothing to do with the purchase of the charger I have no point of contact to raise any issues with. I think it’s a bit unfair that I would be judged on a technical issue with Myenergis software problem and I’m powerless to Myenergis response time regards dealing with your issue. Regards Paul
