Paul was very helpful and polite, and informed me what needed doing! no pressure at all, i decided that I wanted my three way valve changed which was extra to original quote, it was my choice, I would definitely recommend Paul and would be my first person to call if I had any plumbing/ heating issues in future.

Paul serviced my old boiler each year for the last 13 years (and one or two other jobs), always very punctual, reliable, professional and trustworthy. So he replaced my old gas boiler (in the garage) and fitted thermostatic valves to all upstairs radiators. You wouldn’t know he had been upstairs and I am a bit houseproud. A lovely, neat job of the new boiler and pipework - very pukka with all the new safety standards (that I am not always so bothered about). Everything was clean and tidy afterwards, no sign of debris as he took everything and cleaned up very well. Ideal.

I cannot give enough compliments to Paul for everything that he did when installing our new boiler. Everything was carried extremely professional, skilled, knowledgeable and very tidy in all his work. He also suggested small changes to us, such as changing the wall socket to a 13amp when previously it was the main on/off for the old boiler. It was just a small change but very helpful for us. I doubt many engineers would have done that. So all and all Paul must be your first point of call should you have a plumbing or heating challenge. You won't regret it!

I am extremely satisfied with this tradesman. Visited the site to explain the work to be done prior to quotation. Quotation was accurate, no hidden or extra charges. All work was of the highest standard, accurate and to high quality standards. Had all the right tools to do the job correctly to required industry standards. No mess, protective coverings laid down on flooring. All work done was tested before departure and checked it was to my satisfaction. Will use this tradesman again.

Very efficient and value for money

Paul completed the work within the promised time frame. He came across as very knowledgeable and experienced - he was impressive. We found his work very neat e.G. Where he ran pipes from the bottom of the new boiler straight down through the floor (at the rear of the airing cupboard), some plumbers might leave a rectangular gap around the pipes - he didn’t, cutting a new floorboard with individual grooves for all 7 pipes. He also built a structure to take the weight of the new boiler. Paul said we would pay nothing “until I am finished and you are happy”. We were very happy with his work.
