Highly recommend !! Job fully explained, before, during and after! Prompt arrival, efficient, knowledgeable, clean tidy and thoughtful. Paul refitted a new boiler, pipe work and shower. Worked extremely hard. Have no hesitation in recommending him. Will definitely use Paul again.

Paul is our go to man for all our plumbing needs and has been for many years. Recently, he completed his biggest job for us by replacing all of our 14 radiators and refitting a new boiler and pipework. This was completed whilst we were overseas and certainly was the best solution for both parties. There was very little disruption, save a few minor holes which were filled in less than 30 minutes. I have no problem recommending Paul to family and friends in the future for both big and small jobs. Thank you Paul.

Paul was very helpful and polite, and informed me what needed doing! no pressure at all, i decided that I wanted my three way valve changed which was extra to original quote, it was my choice, I would definitely recommend Paul and would be my first person to call if I had any plumbing/ heating issues in future.

Paul serviced my old boiler each year for the last 13 years (and one or two other jobs), always very punctual, reliable, professional and trustworthy. So he replaced my old gas boiler (in the garage) and fitted thermostatic valves to all upstairs radiators. You wouldn’t know he had been upstairs and I am a bit houseproud. A lovely, neat job of the new boiler and pipework - very pukka with all the new safety standards (that I am not always so bothered about). Everything was clean and tidy afterwards, no sign of debris as he took everything and cleaned up very well. Ideal.

I cannot give enough compliments to Paul for everything that he did when installing our new boiler. Everything was carried extremely professional, skilled, knowledgeable and very tidy in all his work. He also suggested small changes to us, such as changing the wall socket to a 13amp when previously it was the main on/off for the old boiler. It was just a small change but very helpful for us. I doubt many engineers would have done that. So all and all Paul must be your first point of call should you have a plumbing or heating challenge. You won't regret it!
