Second annual boiler service by Richard. As on previous visits he was friendly and punctual, straightforward and easy to deal with, whilst also once again being informative as to how to get the most from the boiler whilst minimising unnecessary expense. Its a shame not all tradespeople are this easy to deal with!

As l have posted previously, Richard carried out the service, and as always, on time, very polite, and left everything clean and tidy, can't recommend the company enough 5 stars

Richard services our boiler annually, but I called him this morning when we could hear water gushing under the bath but had no water in the taps. Amazingly he came straight round before a booked job to sort it out for us. He discovered the problem (bad workmanship by fitters when bathroom was renewed had finally given way), did a quick fix, then returned after his booked job to complete. Will return in a few weeks to check how the saturated area under the bath has dried and what, if anything else, needs to be done. Such incredible service - we cannot thank him enough.

Richard was punctual, efficient and worked very respectfully and tidily. He also checked in with us re positioning of the radiator and valves, which we really appreciated.

Paul responded very quickly to central heating issue that my Elderly Mum had. He came and fixed it within a day or so
