    High price on win no fee basis for what turned out to be a very simple job. No quote estimate or hourly rates provided in advance when requested

    I’m a very disappointed as the job was completed. Price was clearly Explained to the customer. Also I have offered the Customer if I’m not gonna be able to do it. There be no charge at all. Customer was happy snd agreed to that blockage was successfully removed also as my goodwill the price was reduced The jobs sometimes looks easy if you have right equipment and you know what you’re doing  I don’t understand how you can agree to the price have job completed and might not be happy about it. That doesn’t sound right. Thank you Kindly Regards Paul

    Leak fixed in shared pipe for block of flats

    Paul came at short notice to identify and fix a leak in a pipe used by a block of flats. He came at short notice, managed to identify the leak between multiple flats and floors, and fixed the issue quickly when found. He was easy to deal with and co-operative with the complex nature of the problem. I would recommend his services, and would contact him first for any future plumbing needs.

    changing a radiator to a heated towel rail

    Paul was reliable, friendly and communicated clearly from start to finish. He did an excellent job of the removal and installation and cleaned up beautifully, it was as if he had never been. Would recommend and will be contacting him in future for any other plumbing work. Thanks!
