Arrived at stated time. Very friendly and polite. Explained costs to me and potential causes for the dripping shower head. Diagnosed quickly and correctly. Had to leave to purchase part but returned promptly and installed the part. Dripping stopped. Advice given to change shower head. Informed that if I had any further issues then I could call him back. Very pleased with the service.

Anyone who leaves the place cleaner than when they arrived gets a 10... Replacement of shower vs repair costs explained and the work carried out quickly and without fuss. And then washed the bathroom floor by hand on the way out.

I explained my issue on the phone, we arranged a date. He arrived exactly on time. Gave me options for completing the work and then proceeded to go with my choice on the same day. All the work was conducted professionally and they kept the spaces clean wearing boot covers and vacuuming afterwards. Would happily phone again for more work.
