Paul was fabulous. He was meticulous in understanding my (slightly odd!) underfloor heating system and how it integrated into the rest of the heating system for the house. He worked for a couple of hours straight to work out why some loops were working and others weren’t, taking time to test every thermostat and using a thermal imaging camera. He got the whole system working again properly, for the first time since I bought the house. Paul was also super clean and tidy which is a bonus!

Very professional. Asked if should remove shoes on entry, all I asked is the doors to be kept closed as not to let my house cats out which he did. So had the upmost respect for me and my home. Plumped in my machine to water mains and drainage brilliantly and balanced the machine so it doesn’t wobble when on spin. Made sure the machine works well and no leaking from drain pipe. What more can I say a very polite, nice guy. Recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.

I hired Paul to fix my shower door, and they did a solid job. They showed up on time, were friendly, and got straight to work. The issue was sorted out pretty quickly, and everything’s working smoothly now. It wasn’t a huge job, but they handled it professionally and didn’t leave a mess behind, which I appreciated. If you need someone reliable for plumbing repairs, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call.
